We’re looking for an energised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team at Harvey Steel Lintels in Colchester. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the depot to not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing quotes and pricing for customers, and following up on enquiries both other the phone and email
• Maintaining and developing relationships with current and new customers
• Making drawings for customers using Auto-CAD
• Raising orders accurately and efficiently
• Chasing suppliers to ensure a great customer experience

What you’ll bring: We know you’re more than just a CV. If you’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organised, we’ll give you the training and tools you need to succeed. A background in sales, good phone manner, and computer literacy are essential. Experience with Auto-Cad would be an advantage, or experience in the builders merchants industry and an understanding of the products we sell.
