We're looking for an Commercial Administrator to join us at Civils & Lintels in Westbury!

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, in the Commercial Admin Hub, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for admin-related tasks, such as clearing down invoice queries, dealing with POD requests, while maintaining strong internal coordination across our branches, but also externally with our suppliers. This role requires someone proactive who works well within a team, and who can build strong internal relationships.
Here’s what you can expect to do as an Commercial Administrator with Civils & Lintels:
- Proof of Delivery (POD) management, ensure timely clearance of PODs to support accurate invoicing and customer account reconciliation, liaising with branches and suppliers.
- Invoice query resolution, investigate and resolve invoice queries by working with internal teams.
- Administrative support.
